What this website collects.

The short version

This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. Its fonts and scripts are served from our own server. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the contact form.

The contact form

When you send the form we receive your name, work email, company, and, if you give them, your role, the ERP you run and your message. We store them on our server and email them to our team so we can reply. We use them for nothing else, and we do not sell or share them.

To limit abuse, the server counts messages per connection for a few minutes. It keeps a shortened, one-way hash of your network address with your message, never the address itself.

Product screens

The product screens on this site show sample records built from public federal purchase-order awards (USAspending.gov), with invoices, receipts, RFQs and BOMs synthesized from them. They contain no customer data.
